Troubleshooting Tips when a Qnaire freezes or cannot be submitted:
- If your Qnaire contains any triggers, ensure these are appropriately configured to the correct ID
- If you have recently updated patient data categories that are found in the Qnaire, please ensure you have re-linked your Qnaire to the updated properties.
- Ensure you (or patients) are connected to a stable network
- Section breaks cannot appear at the very start of a questionnaire. The questions must always have a question preceding or proceeding them.
