Troubleshooting Tips when a Qnaire freezes or cannot be submitted:
If your Qnaire contains any triggers, ensure these are appropriately configured to the correct ID
If you have recently updated patient data categories that are found in the Qnaire, please ensure you have re-linked your Qnaire to the updated properties.
Ensure you (or patients) are connected to a stable network
Section breaks cannot appear at the very start of a questionnaire. The questions must always have a question preceding or proceeding them.
