You are able to send a letter to a recipient from your contacts. To do this, open the letter you would like to send and select the "Recipient" box. Here you can search for a Contact based off of name, billing code, occupation or facility name.
After the recipient is selected, you can select any of the options at the bottom of the page. These options being, generating a PDF document, generating a signed PDF document, sending the letter as a message, or creating a referral using the letter.
Once a PDF document is generated for an example, you will then have the option to send the letter via Email or Fax by clicking on either option found at the top right hand side of the page. The chosen recipient's contact information will then be automatically populated.
