We're excited to point out a bunch of new features/enhancements that will help optimize your practice workflows and make for a more pleasant user experience. 

1 - FILE OWNERSHIP (ASSOCIATE AND ASSIGN FILES TO AN OWNER USER)

If you find searching through patient files is tricky, especially to find your "own stuff", then you'll appreciate this new feature enhancement. We've made it much easier to visibly associate files to a specific owner. 

As highlighted above there is a new column called "Owner" whereby default unassociated files will have "No Owner". Either when editing an existing file, or when uploading a new file you will see a new option in the File dialog to assign an owner, and optionally to Send this file as a task to the assigned owner (it will be sent from the currently logged in user).  

Use the search bar above the files view to type your name in to see only files associated to you.


2 - VISITS OPENS INTO NEW TAB (EASIER NAVIGATION BETWEEN PATIENTS)

When using the Visits modal, you can now click over the patient's name to open the patient directly into a new tab on Chrome. Feel free to disconnect this tab and move it to your second screen. You'll see that patients load into the "Opened Patients Chart" panel progressively. Use this feature to work through your day as you see patients, or potentially to catch-up on a previous day's work. 

Try this out to truly appreciate the efficiency gain. Now you can keep your Visits view open while you move your way down your list. If you are scrolling, your first tab will keep your position so you don't lose track of where you are. 

Please note you will need to Click the Refresh button on the top right hand corner to see any status changes on the appointment (like a Room Status change). 

3 - BOOKING A FOLLOW-UP APPOINTMENT (SO MUCH EASIER)

We heard your feedback loud and clear. It's frustrating to book a follow-up appointment. Lots of clicks, and yet such an essential daily task. 

You'll see there is a new function in the appointment tooltip called "Next" when you click on a pre-existing booked appointment. 

You can either use the Preset drop-down for a default timeframe or simply select a date range (From - To) which will list the first available appointment slots for the same practitioner the patient is already booked for. 

If you use a preset like 1 month, it will show you the first available appointments coming up. 

Afterwards you'll see a booking modal pop-up which is toggled to that selected date/time. The app will copy the patient, the appointment type, reminders and qnaires. 

Make sure to remove Qnaires that you do not want carried over to the follow-up appointment 

Click Save to book the appointment, and voila you have booked a follow-up appointment with much less steps!

4 - CONFIRM ALL AND APPLY FOR PATIENT DATA (NO SCROLLING NEEDED)

Do you find that you open up a patient chart and see a very long list of patient data confirmation? Remember how you had to scroll all the way to the bottom to confirm and apply these patient data changes? No more!

You'll see a new button here on the top which makes life that much easier.

5 - CLEAR ALL APPLIED FILTERS ON A WAITING/REFERRAL LIST

It can be quite overwhelming to clear multiple filters on a list, and keep track of things. We've added a single click to clear all the applied filters as in the highlighted screenshot below.
