You can check patient demographics and healthcare validation without leaving the Visits dashboard.

1. From the Visits dashboard, click the appointment status icon.

2. From here you can see if the PHN is valid (green = valid, red = invalid). If the PHN is invalid, hover over the red X to see the explanation.

3. To correct the demographics click the pencil icon icon. This is the quickest way to correct / adjust any demographics.

4. To open the appointment details in the schedule, click the calendar icon.

5. To open the patient chart, click the chart icon.
