You can check patient demographics and healthcare validation without leaving the Visits dashboard.
1. From the main menu, click Visits. The Visits dashboard opens.
2. In the list of appointments, click anywhere on the line other than the patient's name.
In the patient header, you can see whether the PHN is valid (green = valid, red = invalid). If the PHN is invalid, hover your cursor over the red X to see the explanation.
3. To correct the demographics, click the pencil icon.
