You can check patient demographics and healthcare validation without leaving the visit dashboard. Select the appointment status icon.

Here will show if the PHN is valid.  HOVER over top of the red box to see what the exact reason it is incorrect. If there is an issue with the demographics, just select:
The Pencil: to go to the patient demographics window
The Calendar: to go to the appointment on the schedule
The Chart: to go to the chart

The pencil is the quickest way to make any adjustments to demographics.
