The CHR platform sends your fax to SRFax where they will attempt to deliver the fax three times (unless your clinic has changed this default within their SRFax account).
If this has not been successful (fax has still not be sent), the CHR will automatically send you a message to your Inbox letting you know the fax failed.
Steps to resend the failed fax:
Open the fax by clicking on the item and view the content.
(Optional) Click Mark done.
