💥 IMPROVEMENTS 💥

A list of all the cool things we have added to our platform!

1. Auto Assign appointment time Error

When a patient would book an appointment online for your clinic, and the appointment time is auto-selected, there is now a chance they will see a validation error. There are instances where the appointment seems as though it is offered but there is no actual availability. Once the patient has gone through the process of selecting the appointment and entering their info, they will see this error:

They would then need to change the appointment they want, or they will have to come back at a later time to try and book again.

2. Mousing over the Navigation Bar will show you the name of where you are clicking when the view is slim 🐭

3. No Charge Referral Pulls Correct Info (BC Clients Only)

When making a No Charge Referral from an outgoing referral, the 3333 billing code generated from the referral will now pull the correct info from the Ordering and Service provider, making less work on your end!

🛠️ BUG FIXES 🛠️

This is a list of bugs we have identified and fixed in this release. Should you want any more detail on the issues below, please feel free to message us!

  • Certain lab results were being grouped when they should have been separated. This messed up the graph results

  • Creating a prescription in an encounter did not allow you to keep the changes you made to the header info like your license

  • Clinic Logos looked blurry within Emails. This has been fixed but the logo needs to be reapplied in SmartPhone settings

  • Filling out a Qnaire in an Encounter with Summary View turned on caused some issue with Natual Language being attached

  • You can now select as many of the default file tags as you need!

  • Add Medication button (part of the medication question type) in Qnaires was non-functional on mobile devices

  • Opening today's patient list (from mass action manager) would show military times but also have AM and PM

  • Creating a patient alerts you when there is a duplicate patient even if the duplicate patient's name is not the same
