You can add a second fax number and route it to a different inbox within your TELUS CHR Account.

Steps:

  1. Log into your existing SRFax account.

  2. Navigate to MY ACCOUNT > USER ADMINISTRATION

  3. Send the following details to your CHR contact / CHR support:

    • SRFax user number

    • Password

    • Fax number

    • Email address (associated with the SRFax Account)

    • Provider Inbox that should receive the faxes.

  4. Wait to hear back from your CHR contact to advise you that the integration is complete.

⚠️ Important: Once integrated, keep a close eye on your 'incoming faxes' inbox to ensure that you are receiving faxes.
