You can add a second fax number and route it to a different inbox within your TELUS CHR Account.
Log into your existing SRFax account.
Navigate to MY ACCOUNT > USER ADMINISTRATION
Send the following details to your CHR contact / CHR support:
SRFax user number
Email address (associated with the SRFax Account)
Provider Inbox that should receive the faxes.
Wait to hear back from your CHR contact to advise you that the integration is complete.
⚠️ Important: Once integrated, keep a close eye on your 'incoming faxes' inbox to ensure that you are receiving faxes.
