To allow labs received via Meditech to go to the appropriate provider's inbox, you must add a unique Meditech identifier to your CHR account. You should set up your identifier before the Meditech integration is configured by TELUS Health; if you do not add your identifier, when labs are received they will go to a central inbox and must be manually forwarded to the correct provider's inbox.
From the main menu, click Settings > Labs.
Under Unique Identifiers from Lab Distributors, click + Add ID.
The New ID window appears.
Under Distributor, click the arrow and select Interior Health Meditech from the list.
Under Identifier, enter your unique Meditech Identifier (i.e. FIKR19)
Refresh your browser.
Your Meditech lab results will now be shown in your inbox when they arrive.
