For every action completed in the TELUS Collaborative Health Record (CHR) via the CHR Enterprise API, a record is captured in CHR logs for each API key.

The Audit Logs capture all activities about the API key, such as when it was created, copied, activated, or deactivated.

The Access Logs capture all actions that were performed using the key. All API requests and responses are captured.


1. Log in to the CHR as an Account Owner.

2. From the main menu, click Settings > Public API. The list of API keys appears.

3. Click the key for which you want to view a log and then click Audit Logs or Access Logs.

A list of all actions performed using the key appears.

4. If you are viewing Access Logs, click a query in the list to see the detailed query and the response returned.
