InputHealth is excited to announce that we have added several new product features and corrected some minor bugs within our Collaborative Health Record (CHR) platform. Below you will find the supporting information and where required instructions on how to take advantage of the new updates.

  • Additional columns on patient import: Original Patient Data IDOriginal Patient TypeCreated AtOriginal Referring Practitioner IDOriginal Referring Practitioner TypeOriginal Primary Practitioner IDOriginal Primary Practitioner TypeIdentification NameIdentification ValueStatus Tags.

  • Public (insured) billing now contains two additional status types: “Write off” and “No charge”

  • These statuses are assignable and filterable from the billing dashboard

  • You can also now filter by Date of Service in the billing dashboard

  • We’ve also made it easier to view and update patient information right from the billing dialog when accessed via the billing dashboard.

  • Our Third Party Billing Template now includes date of service as an option so it’s consistent with the rest of our issuer templates

  • For private billing, we used to prevent further editing on billing items after they’ve been completed. But some users voiced concern about this during situations when errors were made so we’ve decided to allow further edits, even when completed

  • You can now also assign a new date or further edit each individual payment

Other Features

  • We’ve made the process for practitioners that want to receive Qnaire alerts via SMS easier and less prone to error by adding a select box for all of the practitioner accounts

  • We also now require that all users enter their phone number in the profile section. It’s important to note that InputHealth will only send communications to this number in the event of an emergency, and this will also be used to configure system opt-in features like alerts and two-factor authentication.

At InputHealth we strive to constantly bring innovation and support to our CHR platform and look forward to sharing with you the next update. One of our goals is to keep you informed on how you and your clinic can take full advantage of all InputHealth’s product features.
