Reviewing your Excelleris or eHealth lab polling logs (British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick and Ontario)

The Collaborative Health Record (CHR) automatically connects to your lab distributor, either Excelleris or eHealth, and downloads lab reports every 15 minutes. You can also manually pull the results on demand.

Using the Latest Lab Integration Logs, you can easily verify each time your lab integration connects and confirm if it was successful or not.

Steps

  1. From the main menu, click Settings > Labs.

  2. In the Lab Integrations section:

    • To view the polling logs, click Logs and the Latest Lab Integration Logs window opens. You can see if the connection was a Success or in Error, how many labs were imported (Messages) and the time stamp.

    • To manually sync lab reports with your lab vendor, click Pull and the system connects to your lab vendor and downloads any lab reports.
