To capture information about patients that is not captured in their patient chart, such as "needs interpreter", "multiple no shows", "always late", you can apply status tags.
You can view and add status tags directly from the patient's chart header, or from Dashboard view.

Steps
Adding a tag from the header
1. From the patient chart header, click Add status tags. Or, if there is an existing status tag already, click + to Edit status tags.
2. In the Edit status tags window, search for and select the tag.
3. Click Apply. The status tag is shown to the right of patient demographics in the header and is added to the Status Tags dashboard widget.
4. To remove a status tag, click Edit status tags and click the x to remove it. Click Apply.
Adding a tag from Dashboard view
1. Open Dashboard view.
2. In the Status Tags dashboard widget, click Add Status Tag.
📌 Note: If you do not have the Status Tags widget, click + to add it. For more information, refer to Customizing the patient dashboard.
3. Search for and select the tag.
The status tag appears in the widget and in the patient chart header.
4. To delete a status tag from the widget, hover your cursor over the tag and click X.
