To capture information about patients that is not captured in their patient chart, such as "needs interpreter", "multiple no shows", "always late", apply status tags in the patient's dashboard.

1. Open the patient's chart.

2. In the standard view, scroll down to the Status Tag widget.

3. Click Add Status Tag.

4. Search for and click the tag to add it to the patient chart.

The tag appears in the dashboard.

5. To delete a tag, hover your cursor over the tag and click the X.
