To capture information about patients that is not captured in their patient chart, such as "needs interpreter", "multiple no shows", "always late", apply status tags in the patient's dashboard.

Steps
1. Open the patient dashboard (see Navigating the patient dashboard).
2. In the Status Tag dashboard widget, click Add Status Tag.
3. Search for and click the tag to add it to the patient chart.
The tag appears in the dashboard.
4. To delete a tag from the patient chart, hover your cursor over the tag and click the X.
