New Analytics dashboard for Licenses and Product Usage

To provide greater transparency into your CHR account invoice, we created a new Licenses and Product Usage dashboard which includes each user’s license type and calculated monthly usage.

This dashboard is applicable for clients on standard TELUS Health contracts, and not legacy Input Health contracts. If you do not have access and believe that you should, please reach out to your CHR account manager or chraccountmanagement@telus.com.

📌 Note: This dashboard is not available for users in PEI.

Fixes

  • When adding or editing patient demographics, you can once again use the arrow keys on your keyboard to highlight and select an option from the list in the Notification and Primary Location fields.

  • The extra Save button in the document editor has been removed.

  • In Settings > Referral > Patient Data, you can once again add more than one patient data property when there is no field selected in Visible Data.

  • You can successfully generate a signed PDF of a letter when the letter contains cc’d recipients and there was additional information added at the end of the letter, after the list of cc’d recipients.

  • Strength is now spelled correctly in the list of matches when searching for an injection name.

  • When exporting Users’ Permissions from Settings > Exports, the list of permissions correctly reflects the actual permissions assigned to each user instead of showing as “false” for all permissions.

  • If you have a custom sender domain configured for emails, emails sent from the CHR show as coming from your custom domain instead of defaulting to an inputhealth.com address.

📌 Note: New CHR versions are released on a regular bi-weekly schedule. However, there are times where a fix is released prior to the next scheduled release. These off-schedule release fixes are documented in the separate off-schedule release notes.
