Overview of CHR usage, license types, and usage category for users in your clinic

The Product Usage and Licenses dashboard offers real-time insights into product usage and license status for all clinic users. This enhances your understanding of clinic user setup and provides improved visibility and transparency regarding CHR usage and monthly invoicing.

📌Note: This dashboard is applicable for clients on standard TELUS Health contracts, and not legacy Input Health contracts or custom contracts. It is also not available for users in PEI. If you do not have access and believe that you should, please reach out to your CHR account manager or chraccountmanagement@telus.com.

Filters

By default, the dashboard shows all clinic users for the current month. Use the filters below to refine your search.

Description

Provider Created Date

Date on which the provider user was created.

Provider Deactivated Date

Date on which the provider user was deactivated.

Prescription Created Date

Date or period during which a prescription was created.

Labs Received Date

Date or period during which lab results were received.

Monthly Clinic Usage Information report

This report provides a comprehensive overview of each user's CHR usage. It includes their full name, user type (practitioner, staff), status, and last login date. Key activities such as insured billing, prescriptions and receipt of lab results, as well as their hourly usage are also recorded, and used to inform their calculated license type (CHR Plus, CHR Lite + VV, CHR Lite) and usage category (casual, part time, full time).
