CHR AI Learning is an innovative web-based platform designed to deliver comprehensive CHR training to healthcare professionals anytime, anywhere, using a human-like avatar that guides you through interactive training modules.
Creating an account
The first time you access the training, you must create an account.
From the CHR AI Learning login page, click Don't have an account? Sign up.
2. Enter your name, email address, and create a password. (The password criteria are displayed when you click into the Password field).
📌Note: You must use an email address that is registered in the CHR.
3. Click Create Account.
4. A verification code is sent to the email address you entered. Enter the 8-digit code in the AI Learning platform and click Verify Email.
5. You are directed back to the login page. Enter your password and click Log In.
6. Another verification code is sent to your email. Enter it and click Verify. You can now access the AI Learning platform.
Using the AI Learning platform
Once you log in, be sure to watch the introduction video to learn more about AI Learning.
A few things to note:
Once you select a lesson from the table of contents, a checkmark appears to indicate you've taken the lesson.
Your chat history with the AI learning assistant is not saved after logging out, if you manually refresh the page, and when you click Clear chat.
You must use Google Chrome to use speech-to-text with the AI learning assistant.
Any Notes you add are saved automatically after three seconds of inactivity. You do not need to manually save your notes.
All modules are available for all users. In the future, the AI Learning platform will incorporate roles and show you only content relevant for your role.

If you have issues logging in, confirm the email address you are using is present in the CHR in Settings > Account information.

If you log into more than one CHR domain with different email addresses, you can choose one of the email addresses to use to log into the AI Learning platform. You do not need to create an account for each CHR domain you log into.

Not necessarily. When you sign up for the CHR AI Learning, you must create a password. This can be the same as your CHR password, or a different one.
If I change my password in the CHR, does it change my AI Learning login password?

No. Although you must use a valid CHR email address to log into the AI Learning platform, the two accounts are not otherwise linked.

On the login page, click Forgot Password?. Enter your email address when prompted, and click Send OTP Code. The code will be sent to the email address you specified. Enter that code in the AI Learning platform and then you are prompted to set a new password.
