Archiving form templates
Updated over a week ago

At some point, you may need to replace a form with a new one in your system that is completely different from the original form. In these cases, you must archive the original. So that you only use the new form going forward.

📌 Notes:

  • Archived forms do not appear in the list of available forms when adding a form to a patient chart.

  • All historic forms created in patient's charts from an archived form remain accessible.

  • If a Clinical Content Library form is archived, it is no longer updated.

Steps

1. From the main menu, click Settings > Templates > Form.

2. Next to the form to archive, click the eye icon.

3. In the confirmation window, click Okay. The form is now archived.

4. To restore a form, from the view list beside Add Template, select All or Archived.

Archived forms appear grey and are tagged with Archived below their name.

a. Beside the form that you want to restore, click the eye icon.

b. In the confirmation window, click Okay. The form is now restored.
