You can customize how Qnaires appear on patients' devices when they open their assigned Qnaires. You can add either an image (e.g. clinic logo) or custom text (e.g. clinic name) to the top of all your clinic Qnaires. You can also change the background colour of the Qnaires your patients see.
📌 Note: You must have the Smartphone Settings permission to configure this.

Steps
From the main toolbar, click Settings > Smartphone.
To add text, under Logo Type, select Text and type in the Logo text field.
To add an image (logo), under Logo Type, select Image and click Select Logo Image. From the file explorer window that opens, select an image and click open to upload.
📌 Note: You can add any PNG file. It will render as 50x50 pixels.
To change the background colour of your Qnaires, in the Color field enter a colour code or click Pick and choose a colour.
Click Save Appearance Setting.
