From your Outbox, you can track the following items sent out of your TELUS Collaborative Health Record (CHR):

  • Internal messages

  • Qnaires

  • Patient Portal messages

  • Outgoing faxes

  • Appointment confirmations and notifications

⚠️ Important: Your Outbox shows only items that you sent. It doesn't show items sent from all users of your CHR domain.

Steps

  1. From the main menu, click the Outbox icon. A list of all your outgoing items, including the recipient's name and timestamp, appears.

  2. Your Outbox opens to today's date. To navigate to a different date, click the arrows in the top-right corner. To quickly move back to the current date, click Today.

  3. Depending on the item type, you can perform the following actions:

    • To open the message, click the i (information) icon. The message opens in a new window.

    • To view items sent in the message, hover over the i (information), such as to see what Qnaires were sent.

  4. For sent faxes, you see the status of the fax. If a fax was sent successfully, a checkmark with the word success appears. If a fax failed, a red x appears. Click the i (information) icon to view the reason for the failure.
