You can track all items sent out of your Collaborative Health Record (CHR) from your Outbox.

Outbox items included:

  • Internal messages

  • Qnaires

  • Patient Portal messages

  • Outgoing faxes

  • Appointment confirmations and notifications

⚠️ Important: Your Outbox shows only items that you sent. It doesn't show items sent from all users of your Collaborate Health Record (CHR) domain.

Steps

  1. From the main menu, click the Outbox icon.

    You can see a list of all your outgoing items, including the recipient's name and timestamp.

  2. Your Outbox opens to todays date. To navigate to a different date, click the arrows on the top right hand side of your screen. To quickly move back to the current date, click Today.

  3. Depending on the item type you have different actions available.

    • Click the i (information) icon to open messages. The message opens in a new popup window.

    • Hover over the i (information) icon to view items sent. For example what Qnaires were sent.

  4. For Faxes, you can see the status of the fax. If a fax was sent successfully, a checkmark with the word success appears. If a fax failed, a red x appears. Click the i (information) icon to view the reason for the failure.
