When you log into the CHR, you are identified by a username and password. If you cannot remember your password, you can reset it and create a new one.
From the login window, type your email in the Email Address field.
Click Forgot Password?.
An Alert window appears, indicating that an email with instructions will be sent your your email address.
Check your inbox. You will receive an email with the subject Reset password instructions.
Click the link provided in the email to reset your password.
The CHR domain opens.
Type a new password in the Enter a New Password field.
📌 Note: The password must contain at least 8 characters, and one that you have never used before.
Click Update Password.
📌 Note: If you have two-factor authentication enabled, the system will send a code via SMS, email or your authentication app. Enter the code in the Authentication Code field and click Continue.
You will receive a confirmation email (subject: Password Change Notification) that your password has been changed.
⚠️ Important: Possible Errors
When you click on the reset password link in your email and you receive a validation error: Reset password token is invalid, this indicated that have requested to reset your password several times. Ensure you are using the most recent reset password link sent via email.
When you click on the reset password link in your email and you receive a server error, contact your clinic manager or administrator. Your account may have been deactivated.
