By default, the referral priorities of high, medium, and low are available in the TELUS Collaborative Health Record (CHR). You can create your own referral priorities based on your clinic's needs. Once you assign a priority to referrals, you can easily filter or search your referrals by priority.
You must specify a priority when creating a referral. If you use a priority most of the time, you can make it the default one that is automatically assigned to all referrals (click Default next to a priority).
⚠️ Important: Do not delete a priority that was already assigned to referrals. Instead, rename the priority.
From the main menu, click Settings > Referral.
Click the Priorities tab.
Click +Add Priority. The New Priority window opens.
Select the Icon and Colour.
In the Name field, type the new priority.
To rename an existing priority, click on it and, in the Edit Priority window, click in the Name field to rename.
