Swap Looker licensed user

Request overview

Use this request to transfer a Looker license from a departing staff member to a new user at no additional cost. This service ensures continuity of access when staff members leave and you need to reassign their Looker access to a replacement without incurring extra charges.

Quick fixes are fast-turnaround requests for analytics issues that require minimal requirements and can be resolved quickly. These requests are ideal for resolving broken dashboards, fixing errors, and making minor updates to existing Analytics dashboards without extensive planning or scoping.

Bug or error report

Use this request to report any broken functionality, unexpected behaviour, or errors within your Analytics dashboards or reports. Something that was working has stopped working or is behaving unexpectedly.

Delivery timeline
