Within Forms, you are able to create and apply statuses. To create a status, first go to your Settings, Templates, and finally choose Form templates. You will notice at the top of the page a section called "Status Setting". Here, if you click on "Open Configuration", you will be able to manage your Form statuses.
Under the configuration, you will see what is currently set as your default status, what your signed form status is, and how to create a new status.
To apply one of these statuses to a Form, go into a patient's chart and access their Forms sections. Here you will see all the Forms created for that patient, as well the statuses associated with each Form. If you click on one of these statuses, you can then change the status of the Form to whichever you'd like.
