You can create statuses for electronic forms to streamline your clinic workflow. For example, when a provider completes a form, they can change the status to ready, letting admin staff know the form is ready to send or print.

Steps
From the main menu, click Settings > Templates > Form.
Under Status Setting, click Open Configuration.
Click +Add Status. The Edit Status window opens.
Type a Name and select a Color.
To automatically apply a status to all new forms, select it from the Default Status list.
To automatically apply a status to all forms once they are signed, select it from the Signed Form Status list.
Click Save.
