  • Date: the date the appointments were scheduled for

  • Provider Name: the user the appointments were booked under

  • Appointment Type: name of the appointment type associated with the appointments (Consultation, Follow Up, etc.)

  • Appointment Status: the current status associated with the appointment (confirmed, cancelled, visit completed, etc.)

  • Location: the location the appointments were booked at

Scheduling Hours

This bar graph will show you the total time in hours spent in appointments per provider user. This total time is calculated from the difference in start/end times for each appointment scheduled.

Hours By Appointment Task

This bar graph will show you the total time in hours spent in appointments per appointment type (Consultation, Follow Up, etc.) across all users. This total time is calculated from the difference in start/end times for each appointment scheduled.

Hours By Status

This bar graph will show you the total time in hours spent in appointments per appointment status (the current status associated with the appointment (confirmed, cancelled, visit completed, etc.)). This total time is calculated from the difference in start/end times for each appointment scheduled.

Hours By Provider / Appt Type

This table will show you the total time in hours spent in appointments both by provider and appointment type. This total time is calculated from the difference in start/end times for each appointment scheduled.
