The Scheduling Hours analytics dashboard provides an overview of the time your clinic providers spend in appointments or group appointments. The reports show you time spent in appointments by provider, appointment type (consultation, phone visit, etc.), visit type (for groups) or status (confirmed, cancelled, etc.).
⚠️ Important: The duration of each scheduled appointment is calculated by taking the difference between the end time and the start time of the appointment. The durations are added up to give the total time spent in appointments.

By default, the dashboard shows the scheduled hours for the last 7 days. Use the filters to view more or less scheduled hours.
Date or period during which the appointment was scheduled. Defaults to is in the last 7 days.
Provider under which the appointment was booked.
Appointment type (consultation, follow-up, phone visit, etc.). Available values depend on your clinic's scheduling settings (Settings > Scheduling > Appointment Type).
Status of the appointment (confirmed, cancelled, visit completed, etc.).
Clinic where the appointment was booked. Available values depend on your clinic's scheduling settings (Settings > Scheduling > Locations).

Total time (in hours) spent in appointments by each provider.
Hours By Appointment Task
Total time (in hours) by appointment type.
Hours By Status
Total time (in hours) per appointment status (confirmed, cancelled, visit completed, etc.). The most recent status associated with the appointment is used.
Hours By Provider / Appt Type
Total time (in hours) spent in appointments by provider and appointment type.
Hours By Group Appointment Task
Total time (in hours) spent in group appointments by group visit type.
Hours By Group Appointment Task/Provider
Total time (in hours) spent in group appointments by provider and group visit type.
