Uploading documents to your inbox

How to upload a single or multiple documents in your inbox.

Updated over a week ago

You can upload documents directly in your Inbox. This is useful if your clinic has patient-related communications in paper format that you have scanned.

You can upload the following file types:

  • PDF

  • JPG/PNG/GIF

  • CSV/XLSX

  • HTML

  • M4A

  • TXT

Steps

1. From the main menu, click Inbox.

2. Click the Upload files icon.

A file explorer window opens.

3. From the file explorer window, select a single or multiple files and click open to upload them to your inbox.

A progress bar appears as documents are uploaded to your Inbox.

📌 Note: A red progress bar indicates whether some files failed to upload. The number of failed files also appears on the progress bar.

Click the red progress bar to view failed files and associated details and actions, such as Filename, type of Errors that occurred and a retry button to try uploading the files again.

💡 Tips:

  • The maximum size for an individual file upload is 25MB.

  • If your internet is slow, you may have problems uploading files.

  • You can add a maximum of 100 items at one time.

  • You can also drag and drop files from your computer directly into the inbox. Select the files, and then drag and drop them into your Inbox in the area marked Drop files here.
