The Logins analytics dashboard allows you to track logins and login attempts to your TELUS Collaborative Health Record (CHR). You can review any unusual logins (after hours, on your clinic's off days or off-site) and any failed attempts to log in. You can also view the last time a user successfully logged in.

By default, the dashboard displays users who:
Have not logged in during the last 45 days, or have never logged in.
Had a failed login attempt in the last 14 days.
Logged in after hours or on your clinics off days.
Name of the user that logged in.
Period during which the user last successfully logged in. Defaults to is in the last 45 days or is null.
Clinic WAN IP
Enter your clinic's IP address to use the Offsite Login Report.
Failed Login Date
Period during which the user failed to log in. Defaults to is in the last 14 days.
After Hours Times
Set your clinic office hours to use the After Hours Report. Defaults to is > 18 (6 p.m.) OR is < 5 (5 a.m.), which means your clinic is closed between 6 p.m. and 5 a.m.
Set your clinic's off days to use the Weekend Logins report. By default, Saturday and Sunday are selected.

After Hours Report
List of all successful logins that occurred after hours (set in the After Hours Times filter).
List of all successful logins that occurred on your clinic off days (set in the Weekend Logins filter).
Last Login Report
Last successful login for each user that logged on the day or during the period set in the Last Login filter.
Offsite Login Report
List of all successful logins that occurred off-site, i.e. not at your clinic IP address (set in the Clinic WAN IP filter).
Failed Login Attempts
List of all unsuccessful logins that occurred on the day or during the period set in the Failed Login Date filter.
Number of failed login attempts by email address.
