You can see all of the appointments for a patient, past and future. This includes any cancelled appointments and no-shows. You can access the patient's appointments from an existing appointment for that patient in Schedules, or from the chart.

Steps

  1. From the schedule, click an existing appointment for that patient and then click the History tab (icon looks like a clock with an arrow around it). The most recent appointments are the top of the list.

2. From the chart, click Start/Open > Appointments.

You can also access a list of the patient's appointments from the Quick Menu if you are viewing the patient dashboard.

💡 Tip: In either view, click the gear icon to customize what columns are displayed in this list.

💡 Tip: Click the appointment to navigate to that appointment in the schedule.
