You can see all of the appointments for a patient, past and future. This includes any cancelled appointments and no-shows. You can access a patient's appointment history from one of their existing appointments in the schedule or from their chart. You can also view a patient's upcoming appointments from the patient chart header.
Steps
1. Open the patient's chart.
2. To view a list of upcoming appointments, in the patient header, click the arrow beside the next appointment date.
📌 Note: The Upcoming appointments window shows the first three upcoming appointments. If there are more than three upcoming appointments, an indicator below the listed appointments shows how many additional appointments are scheduled.
