If you created message templates and set them as a quick messages, you can quickly send a message to a user from incoming faxes or documents. This provides a quick way of managing your inbox items and assigning tasks.
Steps
1. From the main menu, click Inbox.
2. Click the fax or document you want to send a message about.
3. Click Quick Message and select a quick message template.
📌 Note: The name of the recipient of the quick message is displayed.
The New Message window appears with the selected template applied, the recipient selected and the document attached.
📌 Note: If you selected Skip message dialog for this quick message template, the message is automatically sent.
4. Enter your message details and click Submit.
A green Message sent notification appears indicating your message sent sucessfully.
