To verify a patient’s identity, you can ask them to enter their date of birth at the start of a Qnaire. If a patient enters a date that does not match the birthdate recorded in their patient chart, an error message appears.

Steps:

  1. From the main menu, click Settings > Smartphone.

  2. Under Extra Settings > Authentication Page select Enable.

  3. Click Save Extra Settings.
