You can add tags to the pathway card to highlight anything that is important for that visit. For example, if a patient does not want to use video for the virtual visit, staff can tag the appointment as “phone only”. This easily shows the provider that the patient does not want to use video. For more information, see Assigning tasks and tags to a virtual visit.
📌 Note: Pathway tags are not saved to the patient chart.
Steps
From the main menu, click Settings > Pathways > Tags.
Click Add Tag.
Type a Name and select a Colour.
Select if it is Important.

Click Save.
