TELUS CHR Mobile allows you to easily filter your inbox items by message type or sort to customize how you view your inbox items while on the go.
Steps
1. Select the Inbox icon from the main menu.
2. Select the filter icon. A new window displays.
3. Under Message types, select the appropriate checkboxes to filter your inbox.
Message types | Description |
All Message Types | View all message types. |
Faxes | Faxes received. |
Labs | Labs received. |
Files | Files received. |
Messages | Messages received. |
Qnaire Responses | Not available at this time. |
Failed Message Alerts | Not available at this time. |
4. Under Sort by, select the arrow corresponding to the desired sorting option.
Sorting options | Description |
Classic | When applied to inbox items for today, i.e. the current date, the items are sorted by date and time as follows:
Items for a day other than today are sorted by date and time. |
Priority | Select to sort items by priority. For example, to view urgent messages first. |
Sender | Select to sort items alphabetically by sender. |
Type | Select to sort items alphabetically by their type. For example, viewing faxes before labs. |
Title | Select to sort items alphabetically by their title. For example, patient name on labs, title in messages, incoming fax number, etc. |
Date | Select to sort items by date received. |
5. Select OK. Your filter is applied and the inbox refreshes to show messages matching your selection.
6. Once you filter your inbox, a red dot appears on the filter icon. This is a visual indication that the current inbox view is filtered.
📌 Note: The settings are retained even when you navigate away from the inbox or log out and log back into TELUS CHR Mobile.
