Leading an Enterprise Psychosocial Risks (EPR) campaign

Updated over 3 weeks ago

The Workplace Psychosocial Safety assessment tool (or EPR tool) generates analytical reports informing you on your employees' perception of psychosocial hazards in your company.

There are four steps to this assessment:

  1. Sharing a QR code or a URL with your employees to enable them to fill out the questionnaire. (This step is unrelated to the assessment tool; each company is free to choose the best sharing method for their employees.)

  2. Launching the campaign and having your employees fill out the questionnaire

  3. Autogenerating analytical reports at the end of the campaign

Step 1: Creating a campaign

1. From the main menu, select Settings > EPR (WPSA). A list of expired and active campaigns is displayed on screen.

2. In the top-right corner, click + New Campaign. The New Campaign window is displayed. 📌Note: There can only be one active campaign at a time.

3. Name your campaign.

4. Select a Start Date and an End Date for your campaign. By default, the Start Date is set to today's date and the End Date to two weeks later.

💡Tip: We recommend setting your campaign's End Date a few days later than the deadline that will be communicated to your employees. This will give you extra time to prompt latecomers to fill out the questionnaire. You can always edit the End Date as needed.

5. Select the questionnaire from the list. There should only be one questionnaire.

The Analysis Version field is autopopulated based on the selected questionnaire.

6. Click Save. The campaign is created and a QR code is displayed at the top of the screen.

Step 2: Sharing a QR code or URL

You must then make the questionnaire available to your employees. As indicated previously, this step is unrelated to the assessment tool and must be carried out using your company’s internal communication tools.

To make the questionnaire available, you can:

Step 3: Filling out the questionnaire

Whether they access the questionnaire using the QR code or the URL, your employees are directed to the following page:

To start filling out the questionnaire, they can simply click on the language in which they wish to do so.

📌 Note: The questionnaire must be filled out in a single sitting; it is not possible to save the session and continue later.

In the ERP (WPSA) settings, you can track the number of responses received as they come in.

📌 Note: At least 20 questionnaires must be submitted for the analysis to run automatically at the end of the campaign.

If you have not reached the minimum number of answers required or want to gather more feedback, you can extend the campaign. To do so, in the Actions column, to the right of the campaign, click the pencil icon and change the End Date.

Step 4: Viewing the autogenerated analytics reports

Minutes after the campaign's End Date, the analytics reports are automatically generated. You can then view them in the Analytics module. For more information, see Viewing reports for an Enterprise Psychosocial Risks (EPR) campaign.
