⚠️ Important: This is currently a beta feature. It will be available once the beta period is complete.
You can save your most-used filters, creating consistency and saving time. For example, if you review all new referrals and faxes simultaneously, you can save a View to display only unread items of those types.
In the top-left corner, the currently selected View appears, or if no saved View is being used, Custom appears. The inbox comes with a pre-built view called My inbox; it shows your inbox’s Active items. This is set as the default view, but you can change it.
📌 Note: Views are user-specific.
Steps
From the main menu, click Inbox.
Set your desired filters. For more information, refer to Filtering the inbox (redesigned Inbox).
