  • Support for any technical issues or bugs related to the migration tool itself

  • General recommendations for successful data migration

Your responsibilities

When choosing to self-manage your data migration, you assume responsibility for:

  • Planning and executing the migration according to your specific requirements

  • Data validation and quality assurance

  • Customizations or modifications to standard processes

  • Backup and recovery of your data

Important limitations

  • The migration tools are provided "as-is" with standard functionality; no customization is included.

  • Our support team will only address confirmed technical issues and bugs with the migration tool.

If you wish to proceed with self-service data migration, or if you need more information:
