You can manually change the status of an appointment directly from the Visits dashboard.


1. From the main menu, click Visits. The Visits dashboard opens.

2. Click an appointment from the list, and in the window that appears, click Change Status.

3. Select the appointment status from the list.

4. Click back in the Visits window to see your changes.
