You can manually change the status of an appointment directly from the Visits dashboard.
1. Click Visits from the main menu to open the Visits dashboard.
2. Click an appointment from the list. In the window that appears, click Change Status.
3. Select the appointment status from the list.
4. Click back into the Visits window to see your changes.
