Accessing the Logger Service

Updated yesterday

You can view audit logs to monitor patient data access through the Digital Health Drug Repository (DHDR) and track consent override requests. The system maintains a complete record of who accessed patient information, when they accessed it, and whether consent overrides were approved, pending, or rejected.

  1. Launch the Logger Service from the CHR's built-in viewer. For more information, refer to Logging into provincial integration services.

📌 Note: If this is your first time logging in, log in to OneID when prompted.

2. When the Logger Service Page opens, you see tabs for different logs.

3. By default, the system displays audit logs from the last 48 hours. To select a custom date range, click the time filter dropdown, select your dates, and click Apply Filters.

4. Click DHDR Logs to view detailed information about all patient data access activity through the Digital Health Drug Repository.

5. Click DHDR Consent Override Logs to track all requests to override standard consent protocols for accessing patient data.
