A patient’s Family Medicine New Brunswick (FMNB) roster status appears in several areas of the CHR so you can easily determine if a patient is registered:

FMNB roster widget in the patient dashboard
In the patient dashboard view of the chart, the FMNB Rostering widget displays the patient's last registered roster status and date. To get the most current roster status, perform a patient sync.
1. In the FMNB Rostering widget, click the clock icon to view the history of changes to the patient's FMNB roster status in the CHR.
2. In the Patient Roster History window that opens, click Patient Sync.
3. When it shows Request completed, the FMNB status updates in the patient demographic chart banner and appointment details.
Rostered or Temporarily Rostered - FMNB with a green check mark
Refuse to roster - FMNB with a red ‘x'
Undecided, Roster Exception, De-rostered - FMNB with an ‘i'
Unrostered - no FMNB icon.

The patient demographic banner at the top of the chart displays FMNB status icons next to the health number.
Icon in appointment details
When you are booking an appointment or have clicked an appointment to view the details, FMNB status icons appear under the patient's name.
