You can quickly and securely connect with specialists through the Ontario eConsult Program, in the CHR, using the built-in provincial integration service viewer.

Steps
Launch the OTNHub eConsults from the built-in viewer. For more information, refer to Logging into provincial integration services.
Note📌: You may be prompted to first enter your ONE ID Login and password to access the service.
In the eConsult window that loads, click Launch eConsult.
Click Request Consult and select eConsult model: BASE Managed Specialty or Specific Provider or Group.
Enter the patient’s information. Mandatory fields are marked with an asterisk. If the patient doesn't have an OHIP number, select the check box beside OHIP number not available.
In the Request field, type your question to the specialist.
To select the patient's health information and any relevant attachments to attach to the case, click the paperclip icon.
💡Tip: You can also manually upload them by dragging and dropping files.
You will receive an email with a link to Case ID when updates are made to the case.
