You can download the TELUS CHR POC app on your iPad or iPhone.

We recommend using Apple devices, the iPad 2nd Generation and later, or the iPad Mini. You can access the POC web app using an android tablet.

To download the POC App on an Apple / iOS device, open the App store and search for InputHealth Point of Care Application. Alternatively click here.

Important: You must be logged into an apple account to download the application.

When prompted to enable notifications, select Yes. This is required for successful downloading.
