Collaborative Health Record (CHR)

The CHR connects with Manitoba Health's eClaims portal, the web-based billing system that replaced EPiCS. This update brings improvements to the billing workflow and lays the groundwork for additional features in the CHR down the road. 

Claims are submitted twice daily — at 3:00 AM and 3:00 PM CST, Monday-Friday. Previously, claims were submitted once daily. This means your claims reach Manitoba Health sooner, with two submission windows each day.

The submission and reconciliation process is also fully automated, eliminating the manual steps that were previously required.
