You can fax your visits report (daysheet) from the Visits dashboard. This is useful for clinics that need to provide their schedule to an outside party for billing purposes.
1. From the main menu, click Visits.
2. If necessary, change the date at the top to the date you wish to fax the daysheet for.
3. Apply any other filters. The information on screen is what will be faxed (see Filtering the Visits dashboard).
4. Click the fax icon.
💡 Tip: Only the columns currently visible in Visits will be included in the fax. Click the gear icon to customize which columns are displayed.
5. In the window that appears, select Contact or Facility from the list and then begin typing the name of the contact or facility into the field to search for matches. Select the appropriate contact or facility from the list that appears.
📌 Note: Only Contacts or Facilities with fax numbers recorded appear in the list.
Alternatively, if you are faxing the list to a number that you do not have recorded in your Facilities, manually type the fax number in the field and press Enter.
6. Click Send.
