Filters

  • Start Date: the date the appointment is scheduled for

  • Ebooked: whether or not the appointment was requested/booked online by a patient

  • Practitioner: the user the appointment was booked under

  • Status: the current status associated with the appointment (confirmed, cancelled, visit completed, etc.)

  • Appointment Type: name of the appointment type associated with the appointment (Consultation, Follow Up, etc.)

Tiles

Appointments By Status

This bar graph will show you a count of appointments by status type (confirmed, cancelled, visit completed, etc.). This is the most up to date status associated with the appointment. There are also three smaller counts found on the right hand side for the total number of appointments, total appointments with the status "No show" and the total number of appointments with the status "Cancelled".

Appointments By Provider

This bar graph will show you a count of appointments by each practitioner the appointment was booked under.

Appointments By Ebooking

This pie chart will show you the percentage of appointments requested online by patients (ebooked) versus appointments booked internally (traditionally) by a user at your clinic. 

Reason For Visits

This pie chart will show you the percentage of appointments by "presenting issue" if associated with an appointment. 

Appointments By Type

This pie chart will show you the percentage of appointments by Appointment Type.

Primary Practitioner

This bar graph shows a count of patients by user that has had an appointment with them. The dashboard filters do not apply to this tile.
