Once you are signed up for Health Report Manager (HRM) and TELUS Health has enabled it for your CHR account, users with the OntarioMD settings permission can configure the polling interval for automatic downloads.
The polling interval sets how often the CHR will search for and download new reports. We suggest 30-minute intervals. If your clinic receives time-sensitive reports you can increase the polling interval so that you see the reports faster.
Steps
From the main menu, click Settings > OntarioMD.
Click the Settings tab.
Under Enable Automatic Polling, select Yes.
From the list of time intervals, select how often to poll data.
