Once you are signed up for Health Report Manager (HRM) and TELUS Health has enabled it for your TELUS Collaborative Health Record (CHR) domain, your TELUS CHR Support account can configure the polling interval for automatic downloads. Contact the TELUS Health support team through the support chat for more information.
The polling interval sets how often the CHR will search for and download new reports. We suggest 30-minute intervals. If your clinic receives time-sensitive reports you can increase the polling interval so that you see the reports faster.
From the main menu, click Settings > OntarioMD.
Click the Settings tab.
Under Enable Automatic Polling, select Yes.
From the list of time intervals, select how often to poll data.
