Once you are signed up for Health Report Manager (HRM) and TELUS Health has enabled it for your TELUS Collaborative Health Record (CHR) domain, the TELUS CHR Support account can view the import and pull logs for HRM.
If you are not the TELUS CHR Support account contact the TELUS Health support team through the support chat for more information.
You can:
Access the HRM import log. This shows all HRM transactions in the CHR. The status shows how many reports are successfully received, and any errors/warnings.
Access the HRM pull log. This shows details about each report downloaded from HRM as well as any processing errors.
Steps
From the main menu, click Settings > OntarioMD.
To access HRM import logs:
Click the Import tab.
Click an item with an error to see more details and download that log as a CSV file.
3. To access HRM pull logs, click the HRM tab > Pull Logs.
