💥 IMPROVEMENTS 💥
A list of all the cool things we have added to our platform!
Increased platform security: adjustments to account lock-out options
We have made changes to the account lock-out security settings, to increase the CHR platform security. As a user, you can view and edit these settings under Settings > Security > Account > Account Lockout. The following options are now available for Number of login attempts and Duration of lock-out:
Number of login attempts: 5 (default), 7, 10, or 15.
Duration of Lockout: 15 minutes, 30 minutes, 1 hour (default), 12 hours, 24 hours, or lock until an admin unlocks.
Accounts that have previously been set to options with lower security will automatically be set to the new default options.
For more information regarding account security settings, please refer to our help article here. For details on how to unlock a user’s account, please visit this help article.
🐛 🔨 BUG FIXES 🐛 🔨
Below is a list of bugs we have identified and fixed in this release. Should you want any more detail on the issues below, please feel free to message us.
Previously, when inviting a new user to an urgent message thread in the inbox, this message thread lost the urgent status for new and old users. We fixed this issue, so that urgent messages in the inbox will keep the urgent status for all users that are included in the thread.
When adding a new patient to the CHR, the system runs a duplication check for the patient’s identification value (personal health ID), as well as their name and date of birth. In the past, if a result was found via name and date of birth, the duplication warning didn't include the identification value. For accuracy, we have now added the identification value to the matching patient information.
We have fixed a bug where values for the private total in the billing summary weren’t added up correctly. This issue is now resolved.
👨💻 Known/Residual Bugs 👩💻
This is a list of known bugs that we have not quite gotten to but haven't forgotten about. Please reach out if you have any questions about this list.
