Adding FHO, FHG and FHN enrollment status to chart headers (Ontario)

View at-a-glance if a patient is enrolled for the correct program

Updated over a year ago

If you track preventive care measures for Family Health Organization (FHO), Family Health Group (FHG) or Family Health Network (FHN) patients, from the chart header, you can view at-a-glance if a patient is enrolled in the correct program. In flagging patients as enrolled, their statistics are included in the associated preventive care reports.

You click the enrollment status to update it.

To see patient enrollment status information in chart headers, you must add it to the header widget.

Steps

1. Open any patient's chart.

2. On the bottom-right of the chart header, click the Gear icon. The Manage Patient Data Widget window opens.

3. In the Search field, type Enrollment, and then select Enrollment - Enrollment.

4. In the Display Type drop-down list, select Header (if not selected already).

5. Click Save.
