Track the clinic-wide number and percentage of compliant patients for each preventive care measure

Updated over a year ago

Using the Preventive Care Compliance analytics dashboard, you can view the clinic-wide number and percentage of compliant patients for each preventive care measure.

📌 Note: The Total represents the number of patients qualifying for a specific preventive care test or vaccine, based on a set of criteria (age, gender, etc.). To view the criteria for each preventive care measure, see Preventive care management (Ontario).

By default, the dashboard displays analytics for Family Health Organization (FHO) enrolled patients for all providers in your clinic. However, you can filter the dashboard to display analytics for patients:

  • With selected providers

  • Enrolled in alternative programs (FHG, FHN)

  • Who have a certain provincial health number type (for example, OHIP)

Steps

1. On the CHR main toolbar, click Analytics.

2. In the Dashboards search field, start typing Compliance, and then select Preventive Care Compliance.

📌 Note: Don't see the Preventive Care Compliance dashboard? No problem, just ask our support team to upload it for you.

3. Using the following table, at the top of the window, set filters for the data to display.
