Produce a call-back list of patients overdue for preventive care tests and vaccines

Using the Prevention Noncompliant analytics dashboard, you can produce a clinic-wide list of patients overdue (noncompliant) for each preventive care measure. Each patient's basic demographic and contact information is included, allowing you to proactively reach out to noncompliant patients.

📌 Note: The patients identified as noncompliant for each preventive care test or vaccine is based on a set of criteria. To view the criteria for each preventive care measure, see Preventive care management overview.

By default, the dashboard displays analytics for all patient's who have a primary provider selected in their demographics. However, you can filter the dashboard to display analytics for patients:

  • With selected primary providers

  • Of a specific age range or gender

  • Who have a specific status tag applied to their chart.

Steps

1. On the CHR main menu, click Analytics.

2. In the right pane, in the Dashboards search field, start typing "Prevention" or "Compliance", and then select Prevention Noncompliant.

3. Using the following table, at the top of the window, set filters for the data to display.

💡 Filtering tips:

  • To view a complete list of filter options, click More • 7

  • To add multiple filtering criteria for a single filter type, beside the filter, click +

Filter

Description

Primary Physician

Allows you to include/exclude patients with selected provider(s) set as their primary practitioner.

By default, is not null (i.e. all patients with a primary provider) is selected. To view analytics for only select providers:

a) Click the field and then, in the list, select is.

b) Select the provider(s) to include.

Appointment Status

Allows you to include/exclude patients who have previous or future appointments with a specific appointment status.

For example, you can filter the list to display patients with Booked or Confirmed appointments (i.e. upcoming appointments).

Notification Method

Allows you to include/exclude patients with a specific notification method selected in their demographics.

Email

Allows you to include/exclude patients who either have or don't have an email address recorded.

Cell

Allows you to include/exclude only patients who either have or don't have a cell number recorded.

Gender

Allows you to include/exclude patients of a specific gender.

Age

Allows you to include/exclude patients of a specific age or age range.

Status Tags

Allows you to include/exclude patients with a specific status tag applied to their chart.

5. At the top of the window, click the Load icon.

The dashboard displays a list of noncompliant patients for each preventive care measure.

6. To view a patient's record, in the Patient Link column, click the patient number, and then click Patient Chart.
