Track a physician's progress on preventive care screening

Updated over 3 years ago

Using the Physician Prevention Compliance analytics dashboard, you can track how well a physician is progressing toward their annual preventive care bonus numbers.

For each preventive care measure, the dashboard displays the percentage of compliant patients.

The dashboard also displays the age and gender breakdown of the physician's patient panel.

📌 Note: The patients identified as compliant for each preventive care test or vaccine is based on a set of criteria. To view the criteria for each preventive care measure, see Preventive care management overview.

By default, the dashboard displays analytics for all a provider's patients. However, you can filter the dashboard to display analytics for patients:

  • Of a specific age range or gender

  • Who have a specific status tag applied to their chart.

Steps

1. On the CHR main menu, click Analytics.

2. In the right pane, in the Dashboards search field, start typing "Prevention" or "Compliance", and then select Physician Prevention Compliance.

📌 Note: Don't see the Physician Prevention Compliance dashboard? No problem, just ask our support team to upload it for you.

3. At the top of the window, select the provider whose analytics you want to view: Click the Primary Physician field, and then select the provider.

4. To add additional data filers, click More • 7 and then, using the following table, set the filters.

💡 Filtering tip: To add multiple filtering criteria for a single filter type, beside the filter, click +
